you can get tenancy agreement as well.. Otherwise house report is formal report from council or estate agent from your spouse that where you will be staying when you join her in UK. You can attache tenancy agreement as well. one from both.

if you have not been caught, than i think you dont need to worry. although ukba checks for previous employment, but if your new application is genuine than you dont see any problem.

Re: Entering the UK as a visitor, 5 years after tier 4 visa was curtailed

I think you should ready for interview at airport. you have all the reasons , and return ticket as well. Depends on your luck as well if you pass without any hesitation. But i have seen many cases like that, people who have solid reason to enter and leave given entry.

Re: Tier 4 Visa Pilot Scheme - Information Required

i dont understand your question properly. Re: Tier 2 Leave curtailed.

I suggest you to consult some good lawyer. According to my point of view your wife and baby also need to apply with you for dependents. If you are sure that your visa is curtailed and your company will not succeed in getting back sponsorship, than my advice is not to waste time and apply for new vis...

Re: Help in SET(O) application with spent conviction - Urgent please

I dont think you need to mention this 6 year old offence, your friends are right it has been gone off from your name. also because of these offences visa will not be refused. I suggest you to focus on other supporting documents need to apply ILR.

It will take some time anyway to process the application. the best way is to wait with patience.

All solicitors are like that. in the end we have to suffer. I personally is the victim of lawyer mistake. I strongly advise all people who are applying for have applied or in appeal process, just track your application at all times.
