It really depends. sometimes 1 week after biometrics and sometimes 8 weeks or more. If you see what others have put you can see whats going on. I would say 2 months max after the biometrics submitted. Tell them the truth. say that you can work legally in the UK which you are cause your circumstance...

Thanks a lot for your reply.

We both in the UK and got married last month, my wife is on a valid Tier 4 student visa (until October 2014), so I guess she doesn't need to leave the country in order to apply for FLRM. Am I correct?
