My tier 1 entrepreneur appeal pending in court of appeal i got job offer from tier 2 sponsor ready to issue cos but my problem is my passport expired last year with home office .my sponsor not able to assign cos .

Same like you my situation I won my appeal in ftt. upper tirubunal dismissed my case.now I went to court of appeal permission received decision last week my case adjourned

Received upper tirubunal hearing date July 1 st week again fingers crossed

Judge granted permission to upper tirubunal, now again waiting for hearing date again need to wait? Any idea seniors how long upper tirubunal process

After 18 months waiting I won my appeal hearing April 2 Nd week .received a letter they apply for permission to upper tirubunal .how long the process still? My ftt judge given decision in my determination he apply the principle of common fairness and he allowed my appeal in ftt ?
