Can someone please help. We've tried many sources but there is no place where I can find information about the process about UK ILR (if any) when surname change is recorded in the passport after marraige.

first thing first....register a Police compaint with local police in the area where it was lost. Dont panic ....passport and visa would not be an issue.....i hope you have photocopies of those.....first you will have to get Indian passport and then get HSMP visa stamped on it...
