Hi All, I have applied for my wife visa Flr(m) 2nd extension but have not received any acknowledgement/biometric letter till today. Date Posted: 23/05/2018 Received by HO: 24/05/2018 Fees Deducted: 29/05/2018 i have called UKVI today but they said it takes 4-6 weeks for biometirc letter, just wonder...

Maybe this question has been asked before but can't find the appropriate answer.

Only question is how long ''wife of BC can stay out of UK for each year in whole of 5 years route''?

is it 90 days each year.

or

180 days each year.

Just to share. applied for my son 20 months old mn1 on September 01 through NCS and got the approval with certificate 24-11-2015. I think they have speedup the process.

thanks @goodman..keep in mind only give what is requirement and what provide. 1.liuk 2.degree and transcript 3.all pp + biometric and two photos with filled form. nothing else. keep it simple. hope u got the answer. Yes you can travel with indian passport and birth certificate only as baby was born in uk, can't see any issue. Regarding when you will get the british passport for baby, then how will you send it back to india and how will you got the entry stamp on it? As far as I know you can't send passport outs...

Hi members,

My friend recently got ILR on 10yrs basis. Now which form he needs to fill for his wife and son as they are here since 2011 as dependant of Tier1 general and are still on that visa. Hope to get a quick reply from gurus.
