course details, college/ uni details, what will u do after your course finishes, who pays for the fees and accommodation, where will you live, why chose to study UK, why this course only, did search any other course or uni/college?

I have advised as what rules are. See the guidance notes of tier 4 student visa. U will only get the visa on complus level of education as u can't step down from a higher level to a lower level. The institutes have to mention the solid reason for this in cas if u are dropping a level down like maste...

further plz apply for immigration in Canada or Australia, u can use ur phd degree to get good job in any country, don't waste ur time in UK doing jobs in pizza shops etc and keep ur immigration history clean, if in case u get a chance again to come UK

as u have a PHD so dropping a level down form PHd to level 6 or 7 will suspect ur credibility. my suggestion is to either go for Tier 2 or stay with ur tier 1 ent judicial review. Your student visa will be refused.

for the course of NQ LEVEL 6 these bands are sufficient and she will get the visa 100%. for level 7 qualification like Msc she need ielts 6.5 or may be 6.

you do not need any further English Language tests, You already have level 6 which is above B1

in UK they do not check the balance after u submit the application ,,,u are safe and good luck dont worry about money ,,

yes attestation for the English translation of National Id Card is required by Notary Public and the educational documents are not required to be attested but if you think it is easy to get attest from Higher education commission then do it...

hi, when did u apply for JR and after how many days u refused the JR Permission? I assume u paid £140 towards JR court fee??

No benefit in AR but hopes are for JR,, find a good barrister for JR, this is time taking but if u win u win with cost and get the visa, get an initial advice from barrister, plz note that dont waste time on solicitors , solicitors have nothing to do with JR go for Barrister

no worries bro,, this is a minor refusal ,,go in appeal in upper tribunal or file a judicial review, so many people won in same refusal, u can get a new letter from bank which will mention all details. u can explain in the court that banks are not bound to write letters as we wish,, this is 100% win...

wait,if the letter us genuine then no need to worry u can further appeal upper tribunal,,i think u will get that

Can you help about the court fee in judicial review of High Court. My lawyer said its £140. But I have read in different places that the £140 is for application to grant the permission of judicial review. Can u plz explain how much will be the court fee altogether? thanks

let me tell u one thing in a redirection u would not get special or recorded mails which require signatures. if in case they send u a passport or visa card u cant get that on redirection,

also try Judicial review, plz speak to a good lawyer, refusal of appeals does not make u illegal or break the time ,u make one more case as a judicial review,,,i would recommend go for judicial review in HIgh court that will take 7-8 months and u will be in September, THEN U can with draw ur Judicia...
