Realistically speaking, it is hard to tell when your documents will be sent back even though you kindly provided an envelope for that reason. The best thing to do will be to call them and ask them to send it back to you ASAP as you will be needing soon, however you might be lucky and receive it any ...

You are within your rights to apply, the rule states clearly that you must have had your ILR for a year and you have.

I think if they have told you that it is approved, it means that it is approved but I will still wait for the letter to arrive before contacting the council regarding a ceremony.
