Appeal Procedure

Hi,

Sent appeal form with new evidence to embassy.

How long does it normally take for ECM to review case? And how will embassy contact us to tell us decision?

Will decision always be in letter form? Or should we expect a phone call if positive?

Any previous experiences appreciated.

Restrictions on Visitors Visa

My sister is visiting from Russia on a six month visitors visa.

She would like to take a evening course at a local college. Can she do this on a visitor visa? The course is only two hours per week and cannot qualify for a student visa.

What are her options?
