Re: Above 35k but below SOC code (Experienced)

Hi Malvar, If the SOC pay 49,700 is babes on 39 hours a week then I beleive you should be alright with 48,000 for 35 hour week. When UKVI will prorate your current rate of pay to 39 hours a week, then it will definitely be over 49,700. Please, make sure that the number of hours you work is mentioned...

Re: 3 days between ILR eligibility and Tier 2 visa expiry

Hi QIbrahim, Just to let you know that your ILR Eligibility date will be 13th August 2018 and not 12th August. Your 5th Tier 2 Anniversary minus 28 days (10th Sep 2018 - 28 days = 13th Aus 2018). I know you are looking for appointment on 13th August anyway but still wanted to let you know if you cha...

Re: Huge Mistake Tier 2 Child Dependent Visa

I believed its my fault as Im really confuse on the section "Person you are joining" which I put my son details rather mine. You should have put your details in "Person you are joining" section instead of your son. This is a serious mistake, if you have not enrolled your biometrics letter yet, then...

Re: Incorrect Title for Responsible Adult for Tier 2 Depende

You have done the right thing by contacting the e-mail address mentioned on the biometrics letter. They take days to respond. You do not worry if the time to enrol biometric lapse as UKVI send second reminder as well to enrol biometrics with an additional 15 days. Just keep chasing them. This will b...

Apologise, I missed that bit.

You are correct, according to the statement there, she only needs to show £18,600.

I will leave it to senior members to confirm.

Re: Overstayed, intending to leave UK voluntarily

Hi,

As she has other dependent children, therefore, income requirement should be higher than £18,600.

It should be £18,600 + £3,800 (for first child) + £2,400 (for each child after first child)

See link below:

https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/proof-income

Thanks,
Hassan
