TOC application for BRP

Hi members

I would like to know how long it takes for a TOC application.
My husband applied at the end of January 2015, he submitted his biometrics on the 11 feb 2015.
4 months and we are still waiting.

btw guys i have a question for thoses who got visa that is it necessary to take medical (tb test) again..?? i mean due to long wait everyones tb test definatly expire as visa taking morrethen 6 months and tb test valid just for 6 months but bhc stamping visa to applicants.. so is it still necessary...

As far as I'm aware, they do not look at outgoings. They only care about anything going in your account. thank you i thought th same but just wanted another opinion to make sure I had outgoings of £1000 each on 3 different occassions. Faz1985 - brother it is very easy to make simple mistakes.
Its best to follow the guidance notes in Appendix FM.
It is clearly stated you need send a letter from your employer or employment contract.
