Hi everyone, Just want to let you all know, I have received an email from my solicitor confirming that he has received my approval letter and the documents. It was a long long waiting. My solicitor sent them three letters and I have called them almost everyday .... finally after 13 months got Visa ...
I have just called HO and the operator said your case has been concluded. He didn't explain more but he said you will shortly be informed by post. Hopefully it will be a good news ........... I'm really stressed out .....
you have 28 days to apply again, so you can wait for the court decision, if you win the second court, they will send you your visa if not , you can reapply in 28 days ....
hi, its not mandatory, but if you have a good CV, it worth to send it, so they have an idea who you are and what have you done .... but dont forget, you have to concentrate more on the business side of your application rather than individual side, so spend more time on your business plan , correct ...
