Frontier is right if you was issued a 3 year visa ba then another 1 year extension almost 4 years done then you came back again and completed ur degree thats over 4 years almost 5! Yeh I had a friend that was captured by the ukvi for this toeic problem they took her in on a wed and deported her the following thurs. Ukvi are really clamping down on this test now. Ukvi requirement for degree level would be b2 5.5 in all comps depending on what institute requirement for mba are I would say 5.5 and above.

Hi Rolph The only thing I can suggest is to give them a call or wait for confirmation from ukvi in regards to you application then contact them and let them know the situation with the name. If they have the birth certificate maybe they can amend on their side but contacting them may be better. Thanks

Were they academic or professional course ? It all depends really did you finish the duration of course but failed if so it would be lower. What courses have you done and what course will you be doing now ?

Was you issued one VISA for your bachelor course ? If so you will need to calculate the time they gave you on your enrolment letters start/end dates and going by that you will know if you have enough time.

Visa will start when it isit issued her start date will be according to the CAS letter if it has the 23rd then thats the start of the course and if its 29 then it will be 29th

Hi Always

Since you are under t4 sponsor the university will be the ones who issue your holiday letter that you will need to present ukvi when coming in and out of uk. So you should talk to them further and try and agree for more holiday or accept the 6 weeks
