hi

As before becoming eea2 rc holder i was on student visa and studied. Any experience of getting student loan for complete duration ? Or they took out previous years of study out of it ?

Many thanks for letting me know., I shall pay 10 pounds fee and make a request to send me all the details they held about me. then I shall gather reasonable citations or even go to court against UKBA entry clearance for causing inconvenience by asking irrelevant questions and wasting of time.

If you wish you can order your SAR file from UKVI in order to fully ascertain your past immigration history along with their comments/minutes notes in it. Thanks it's true i got it stamped in Lithuania, in Cyprus, Spain etc. In Spain he shocked me by stamping expired passport too which contains RC. I will be visiting Citizens advice bureau to seek statue that limits interrogation past marriage with EEA national. So, I can calm their beans down next ti...

Yes dear we EEA migrant workers will kick their balls very hard ;) piles of bank statements, payslips, utility bills , permanent contract with most famous multi national employer , ....

This forum is proved very helpful. , saved alot of time which I will spend on overtimes now :D .

Hi thanks. Yes thats right I am having liberty of being her spouse for more than 2 years. She has got pile of all payslips, p60 etc etc living at one address. ... case is bit easy. I shall get all copied and throw one payslip for every month for 8 years to HO so we won't give them a f.....* to refus...

You could be waiting for a long time...after all, it might never happen. Why not just have your spouse continue to exercise treaty rights in the UK and apply for citizenship after 6 yrs there?
