As I said above, EEA4 is optional. You don't have to apply for it if you don't want to. Sorry to question again again vinny.i just wanted to make sure. EEA4 is optional. It provides confirmation of Permanent right of residence (PR) ( 15 ). You may apply for British citizenship directly when eligible , after PR is attained ( 2 ).
