It can be considered as you left the uk. They dont care why you gone or where you gone to... If you wont come back within 2 years your both visas will be canceled . Hope thats enough clear. What i would suggest you is wait another 9 months and then leave the country so when you complete a full year ...

i dont know how many years your visa is for but it seems for 4 years what i understand.
I guess rules works as X years times 90 so in your case 4 x 90 : 360 days. You were not absence more than 360 days. So it should be ok.

Dont apply for extension. Just go for ILR

it takes about 4 months but normal period is 6 months.
