He is only entitled to claim Contribution Based Job Seekers Allowance and this will depend on whether he has made sufficient Class 1 National Insurance payments.

Income Based JSA is a Public fund, to which which he has no entitlement to while under FLR(M).
Thanks a lot. It's useful.

Eligible to claim JSA?

Hi all,

I'm holding ILR and my husband is holding FLR(m) dependent visa, we got 2 years old British citizen child.

Can my husband claim Job Seeker Allowance (with his FLR-m)? He is actively looking for jobs and have NI number. I'm working full-time job, earning 48K annual.

Thanks in advance.

New Born Baby British Passport

Hi all,

I'm holding ILR since May 2015 and my baby was born in January 2016 in UK.
Can the baby apply for British passport directly without registering British citizen or Naturalization?

Thanks in advance.

Re: 10 years ILR. Please help!

Hello All,

I will be very thankful if somebody can answer my above question.
If I apply ILR application with 10 years rule, Can Home Office reject ILR with the same reason which they were failed at Tribunal?

Thanks.

10 years ILR. Please help!

Hi All, I arrived in UK 2004. In 2008, I got 5 years work permit visa for Company-A. In 2009, I got redundancy from Company-A and couldn't find sponsor company immediately and worked for temporary job instead. In 2013 (3 months before the visa expires), I applied Tier-2 General for Company-B and Hom...

Re: Appeal allowed, When and How to apply Award fees?

Just Update -

I figured out that I don't need to claim/apply to Home Office for Awards fees.
Today Tribunal just refund the award fees by bank transfer to the bank account I used to pay for appeal application. :D :D :D :D :D
