yes , my degree was from non-UK University , did not show any NARIC certificate for either the original issue of Tier1 (G) or the extension and ILR.

I got ILR approval on Monday , I used my bachelor's degree and certificate from university stating that the degree was taught in English, I used the same documents for my Tier1 General visa and extension.

Hi K_tier1,
since your continuous absence of more than 6 months does not fall within the 5 year criteria for ILR eligibility , in my opinion you do not need to worry about it. Maybe a senior member can confirm that.

My advice will be to keep all your documents such as bank statements, self assessments for your record. Does your Tier 2 ICT stay count towards ILR ? I doubt that it does. When was your Tier2 ICT issued ?
