Re: How soon you can apply for UK visitor visa

thank you vinny for your swift response.
As per rule, we can apply just 3 months prior to the date of travel or arrival.

Just curious to know - why does the online application allow you to enter future date beyond 3 months ?
In that case, it will be always rejected.

I think in case of suspension, the license is downgraded to B rating.

Re: additonal bonus not mentioned in the COS.

I was going through T2G guidelines and got following info from Tier 2 Guidelines for employer and employee or worker. Tier 2 guidelines for employee says : 1. sponsor does not need to inform HO about annual pay rises or bonuses. 2. also, says to get points against salary, HO does consider payments w...

Re: Successful Tier 2 Extension

Great news OP and congratulations. Do you mind letting us know if your salary changed (might I add significantly) during the course of your Tier 2? Salary hike depends on company to company and based on employee's performance too. So salary hike was there indeed. May I know why did you ask this que...

Re: Successful Tier 2 Extension

No, I did not submit any.
If it's an extension to your Tier 2(G) application,
1. You do not need to prove you meet the required level of English
2. You do not need to prove maintenance

Hope that helps.

You can also check your visa application status using the link below :

Use IHS number as a reference. Mine was showing 'Awaiting Decision' before it changed to 'Decided'.

Re: Can someone work in 60 day curtailment period if sponsors Tier 2 General license is revoked ?

Start searching for new sponsor if you think the license is likely to revoke.. If your employer is genuine and they are providing all the necessary documents, then the license is unlikely to revoke. You did not mention about suspension of license. do you know why ? Talk to your employer about the cu...

Re: Tier 2 General Visa Extension Delay

Initially you mentioned your is a straight forward case, now saying not straight. why do you think so ? You are changing your employer who is A rated. If RLMT is genuine and all the details were provided in the CoS, then I don't think there is any issue. If you think anything fishy, you can tell her...

Re: Can someone work in 60 day curtailment period if sponsors Tier 2 General license is revoked ?

You can work as long as your visa does not expire or your employer does not terminate your employment. Have you received your curtailment letter ? HO takes sometime to send the curtailment letter. Your 60 days clock starts from the day of receiving the letter. Please refer to page 86 and 87 in the g...

You are exempt from ISC while extending your visa provided your initial Tier 2 Visa was granted before 6th April, 2017 (i think which is the case).
