my sister has a divorce certificate

which says that shit is oficially divorced from this date (xxxxx)


so does this mean she is also divorced in uk law

will this certificate be recognised?

Not self employed, I'm doing 2 jobs. First time my wife didn't do english test because we thought she was exempt, turns out she wasn't. If i send it for a review how long will it take? It could take anywhere from 9 months to 1 year with many people appealing I'm assuming it would be closer to the 1 year mark. However you can appeal and reapply at the same time. I applied using cat A so I am not sure what the exact criteria are if y...

because they have clearly accepted all my document to show my wage but calculated it at 8 months so if i send it for eview and send all the paper work for 2013/2014 financial yr should get visa

or submit it for a 3rd time fresh applicartion?

now the story goes like this self employed i have got in contact with hmrc and the will send me all the tax paid for 2012/13 and 2014 with the tax return documents and national contributions i have paid so far which goes all the way to class 3 from the rejection i understand (where i need this forum...
