Document submission date: 28/10/2022
Location: Bradford
Acknowledgment: 01/11/2022

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I have finally got my BRP after 25 days waiting..around 17 working days! ILR was approved within 24 hours.
I did email my MP, but I think we dont need to email them just for BRP if the application is approved. The online form is ok and they responded within time limits.

However, I would only need a visa for 3 years as i can apply for PR after that.. Applying for 6 years would mean spending extra cash for visa and healthfees fo...

Did you call them to find out?

Re: In-country Tier 2 application timelines

@khurram

I know it is a pain. Extension should be a simple process as they have all our information! To add to that, the help desk is not useful and give conflicting answers. When did you apply? I still don't have my biometric letter.

Re: Does NHS sponsor doctors on Tier 2 dependant visa?

yes. You can give Plab. Once you have cleared Plab, you can apply for training or non-training jobs and once you get it NHS will do Tier 2 for you.

Re: Evidence of relationship - Tier 2 Extention

The HO staff often give conflicting answers, it is such a shame that they charge 600£ for each application, but cannot provide a proper reasonable guidance..

Hi, I have the same problem. I am applying for Tier 2 extension...What are you doing about this? Why on earth the dependants need to have a driver's license, bank account etc... regar...

Re: Tier 2 maintenance : NHS jobs

Hi KSAdoc,

The visa application form clearly says- how do you show maintenance and there is an option- I am currently on Tier 2 visa. The guidance says that if you are on Tier 2 points will automatically be awarded. What is the source of your information?

Tier 2 maintenance : NHS jobs

Dear all, I am currently on a Tier 2 visa and my maintenance was certified by my A rated sponsor in the earlier Tier 2 application. I will now be working for NHS who do no certify this. My understanding is that , since I am already on Tier 2 visa- neither me nor my dependents have to show maintenanc...
