First son was born in UK in 2017 when I was a dependant on my spouse T1 visa. Our application for ILR in 2017 got rejected and I travelled bac...

Re: Can I apply for ILR?

Since I have not been away from UK for up to 180 days, do you think I can still apply for ILR to be considered exceptionally in November 2018? I complete 5 years in November except for the period I was away from April 2018 to August 2018... this is less than 180 days. No you cannot. It is not possi...

I came into UK Nov 2013 under a Tier 1 general dependant visa . This visa expired in December 2015. I put in an in time valid application for extension in Dec 2015 before my visa expired. The HO only responded in February 2018 with a refusal. I then applied for an administrative review within 14 day...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

This is what I have been thinking. if the average salary for doctors and nurses is below £60k, then we are unlikely to get approved this month. If their average salary is above £60k, then, this month will be very good!

Re: June 2018 Restricted COS

I'm still surprised. this month is not like any other month. This type of delay has never really happened before. I am hoping it's a positive delay. They should let us know already. I need to ensure that if I don't get through this month, I remind my company law firm to put in an application for ne...

Re: June 2018 Restricted COS

The only thing that is very clear to me is that this month, the HO response rate is slow....refusals and issuance of COS. Let's wait and see what this means... We hope the delay works in our favour.
