Apparently, seemed nobody uses SET(O) for Art 8 not family based grant :cry:
Maybe I should just have to use FLR(DL)?

Just had a look, becoming British is very expensive!!! oh man!

ILR £1,500
Premium Service £400
UK Life test £50
British Naturalisation £1005 (price at 2015)
Ceremony £80

£3035 in total!!!

This is not including English things, postal & travelling time!!! oh mannn my half year rents!

Hi all just received a letter from HO asking me for an update on my situation since I applied. It also states that my application hs been handed to a caseworker.I applied in Sept 2013. Could anyone please advise if i can respond just saying my situation is still the same as when i made application....

PS. my solicitor told me many had waited for 2 years at least in the past, now the average is 14 - 16 months, yours is 13, so above average! :wink:

@africangirl, I got the decision, biometrics taken, just waiting for the card.

@odat, no! mine is 18 months [sept 2013] in total from the date of submitting the extension till the decision received, not including the date of the card received which I am still waiting!

OLCU 16 FSU sucks!!!
