She shouldn't register before either her mother or father applies for naturalisation.

1. Section 3(1).
2. I agree.
3. No.

ILR BRP received with 10 years expiry

Hi,

I applied for PEO Croydon on 07--July--2014 and was successful.

Received my BRP today with:

Remarks - Indefinite Leave to Remain
Valid until : July-2024

I was expecting it to be indefinite validity.

I am not keen on getting British citizenship.

Any thoughts on this.

Thanks

thanks Amber.

@hsr1972, I did not provide any Employer letter for those 181 days, since they were all for personal visit/ tourism.

@Subbs, yes my wife was in UK for 2 years before she went outside the country for 11 months.

Hope that helps.

Hi, 1. Its just one application form. There are pages clearly mentioned where dependent details needs to be filled in. 2. Re: SET(O) Form : 6.3

Hi,

I think the best thing for 6.3 would be to select option " submitting letter for compelling or compassionate reasons of absence."

and provide the absence letter bundle.

Good Luck !
