Hi, I was wondering if someone knows an official source that shows the current countries that allow visa-free travel for UK Refugee Travel Document holders?

Re: ILR on Refugee Settlement

Thanks for your help. I guess I will just have to write to HO, explain the situation and see if they allow me to visit for a few days.

Re: ILR on Refugee Settlement

Thanks for your response. This is actually a very good point. I forgot the fact that my national passport expired ages ago and I currently have a Travel Document which expired at the time of my ILR application - as I had no intentions/plans of travelling, I never bothered renewing it. But this covid...

The situation right now is that my father is severely ill in my home country and I am thinking whether it is a good idea to ...

Re: Spouse Visa Application - short question, a bit Urgent

Hi! Update on the situation: My wife received her spouse visa (THANK GOD!) and arrived safely in the country. However, i note that the HO has granted her a normal spouse visa for the duration of 2.5 years instead of the Post Flight spouse of refugee visa which would be valid for 63 months. I wonder ...

I think the last payslip should not be more than 28 days old when you apply for a spouse visa.

Re: Spouse Visa Application - short question, a bit Urgent

Thanks, Casa. I just have one more question regarding this application. I printed Appendix 2 and completed it by hand but at the end i realised there is no place for a signature! Where would the applicant (my wife) be signing this Appendix?

Thanks Casa and CR001. So my understanding is correct then, the forms stay the same as the normal spouse visa application? VAF4A and Appendix 2? Thanks!

Re: Spouse Visa Application - short question, a bit Urgent

Casa, I have gone through most of the information available on the Home Office website and it appears to me that the forms are the same. VAF4A and Appendix 2. Do you think that is correct? I believe in Appendix 2, we would have to check the option "As the Post Flight family member (spouse or civil p...

Re: Spouse Visa Application - Salary and Payslips

Thank you for the kind reply. I am paid by the hour with a fixed hourly rate and my contract shows my hourly rate based on 40 contracted hours per week. Hi,

Does the house inspection report acceptable to the Home Office come only from the local council or an estate agent can issue the same?
