I just need to know how long UKVI taking time to issue dependent visa from
Outside the UK . Could u please write ur timeline for applicants please .

Hi all

Just wanted to share my experience at airport
Yesterday. Immigration officer asked only two questions
First was about duration of travelling out of UK and second question was regarding nature of business . That's it and then she stamped the passport .

Just be confident and that's it .

Payslips for tier 1 entrepreneur dependent visa . and please if somebody don't have proper information so then no need to comment totally wrong .

945 for itself and 630 for each dependent as u been in UK more than a year .

By the grace of AllAha , my appeal has been allowed .
I appeared in hearing last week of feb 2015 and Yestarday I got
a letter by court in which judge allowed my appeal and reward court fees too .

Here is my update

I did attend my hearing last week of feb 2015. And by the Grace of almighty Allaha , I recvd my letter today in which judge has been allowed my appeal and reward court fees too . Hope HO wouldn't challange judge Decesion . InshAllaha

As I did contact my MP mid of July 2014 and my MP
Sent letter to UKBA and got back reply from HO in first week of august and since then I been waiting .

I have same situation as u @ fizikaz1

I had an interview at sheffield 23th March 2014
And my partner had interview 24th march 2014.

Since then ... We been waiting waiting and waiting
Just call today and got same reply that "still in process"

I think same that u have right of appeal . Even if u don't have right of appeal , u can go to court and ask to right of appeal against ukba decision. So don't giveup so early . And exhaust ur all rights about appeals.
