Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

This is a LONGGGG overdue update  My documents were returned in December 2014, as I mentioned here at the time. They said: ".. you have provided insufficient documentation to process this visa application ." So I didn't re-apply ... I sued them 8) And I won in July 2105 with compensation ...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

I've appealed against my wifes refusal... top level 3 immigration barristers in Birmingham advised me that it's not just an arguable case, it's a win definitely. They think it will be over within the review (just one letter needed). Probably because now, I can't even work the days and shifts I used ...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Taj14 Don't waste another year appealing that decision... Get everything together and re-apply. Sorry to hear about your decision but just one thing; grave mistake seeking JSA in the same year as the used payslips. Because your husband would have wrote a low salary on the JSA application in order to ...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

... Thanks man It's been refused, sadly. Reason: Financial objection ECO has raised the points that: He didn't consider any job but 1 (out of the 4). He is satisfied that I had a salary £19840 in that 1 job. But that I did not provide an employment letter for this job before my promotion with all ...

At that time my spouse (the sponser) was earning £37k+ recently my spouse has been promoted and earns £40k+ will this be an issue if the ECO contacts the company for verification of her employment and role? Would they potentially ask for more payslips? I had two j ...
