Re: Form AN Question

Can the application be rejected if that information isn't provided? like FLRM or ILR? or can they potentially request that information if needed?

Regards

Re: Application form Question

let me just rephrase....

Do I need to add her student visa rejection in 2010 onto the Application form?

(it should be Student visa that was rejected and not spouse visa)

Application form Question

Hi,

Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?

Do I need to give details about my failed spouse visa back in 2010/2011? applying for the spouse.

Regards,

Re: Preparing to submit Set (M)

Hello,

Thanks for the quick reply.

Yeah i accidentally wrote March instead of August. Looked quickly on the BMPR and thought it was March. (its also my wife Birthday in March so could have confused it with that)

The date on the BMPR is 28-8-2019. Has lives here since 17th april 2014.

Re: Preperation for ILR

How many days/months prior do you have to apply?

I know the FLRM was within 28days so is SET(M) the same?

also gov website states 6 months for a decision, is that how long it usually takes?

So that means i can claim child tax credit and working tax credit and this will not effect her visa renewal in jan 2017?

Slightly worried as i havnt claimed anything since 2014 due to the fear of having her visa rejected.
