After winning appeal when does passport arrive?

Dear all,

At the risk of sounding impatient, how long does it take to get ones documents / passport back after winning the appeal?
I won my EEA4 appeal on the 18th Nov 2014.
We have not heard from HO since then.

Many thanks.

EEA4 appeal won! :)

Dear all, Finally I won my PR as a spouse of a EU national. I have been advised to wait for 14 days in case HO decide to appeal against the judge's decision. Fingers crossed, I hope they won't appeal. Thanks to Obie and others for all your advise when I was going through this challenging time ...

EEA Appeal heard.

My appeal was today, whilst presenting our case, the HO Presenting officer and the two judges present never asked me or my lawyer any questions. They just seem to nod in agreement,...Is that a good sign? The HO presenting officer advised us earlier before the hearing that he was happy and understood ...

EEA Treaty Rights-International Overseas Employment.

Dear All, What exactly constitutes employment when it comes to EEA national exercising treaty right through employment? For instance: if EU national works for a multi national organisation (involving traveling around the world) salary is paid to the UK bank and also submits taxes in the UK, all the ...

Re: New court appeal date!

Should be OK. A case called Badhoo allows that. That was a response i got from the Presenting Officer, but i did tell the Judge that i don't see a need to dignify the response with an answer, as the appellant had been waiting for 8 months to have his case heard, and in light of Badhoo, the judge ...

Re: New court appeal date!

These things do happen. I went to Hatton Cross few weeks back and was told, that the judge preceding over the case is of sick. We had to be put on the floating list, and did not get to see a judge until after lunch. To compound our misery, the HOPO submitted that the client could make another ...

New court appeal date!

Hello everyone, So I now have a new court appeal date in a month's time. The last appeal date was adjourned until further notice without giving me any good reasons. http://www.immigrationboards.com/eea-route-applications/eea4-refusal-appeal-case-adjourned-judge-not-available-t171850.html Question is ...

only because 5 months short your PR refused? Your EEA family exercised treaty right in the UK as a self sufficient since arrival in the UK ? What documents you send for EEA2 five years ago ? Can I apply for PR in my own right? No you can't do that. Your EEA family member need to exercise treaty ...

Rights of a Spouse of a EU national.

Dear all, Thanks for your replies to my earlier posts. My history: EEA4 refused (had CSI for 4.5 years instead of 5) Appealed...(bought new CSI) Appealed adjourned, no new date yet. Got dismissed from work coz my COA had expired since my case is still pending. Applied for new COA, now received ...

Thanks Sam, I did send a request for a new one which was received two days ago!

I just wonder, whilst the application or case is pending can an employer dismiss an employee like my employer was threatening to?

EEA4 refusal- appeal case adjourned, judge not available.

Hi all, From my previous post, I was to go for the hearing of my EEA4 refusal appeal due to only having my comprehensive cover for 4.5 years. Re: Applying for PR without CSI (self-sufficient)

Saviana, it seems harsh that the Home Office would refuse PR just because you were 6 months short on CSI. The Home Office could choose to be lenient if they want but it seems they opted to be harsh. CSI cannot be backdated but now that you have bought new cover they might opt to be more lenient ...

My husband got 5 year permit in 2006 based on self sufficiency Then i think you will be fine. Just buy one before sending I know one member recently similar case like yours issued PR ...

Re: Applying for PR without CSI (self-sufficient)

Did you have CSI continuously for 4.5 years or was it broken? It must be continuous. If it was continuous, did you work for half a year just before or just after your period of self-sufficiency? If so, this means you exercised Treaty rights continuously for 5 years which makes you eligible for PR ...

I'm sure there are more qualified advisors here, but this is my little take on your situation. It is sad that your mum is sick, if. I'd say work hard here save money and bring your mum here instead of this back and forth, going to see her. Since you have PR you can invite relatives here so long as u ...

Under the 10-year route, he would still need to prove that he was legally resident throughout the 10 years he has been in the UK, so he would still have to provide proof of your exercising of Treaty rights. For your time as a self-sufficent person to be counted as legal residence and consequently ...

Thanks Vinny.
I've read a bit on lassal case... It's a little bit similar but not that much.
She has more time in the EU than me.
She doesn't have to deal with EU spouse's job and an expired CSI...
Though reading through her notes I found that helpful thanks.
