I've sent the application only by paper . Is there any potentian time frame different from the online process?
Application was received on the 03.09.18 and they havent taken the money or sent the acknowledgment letter.

I am not sure how to prove the residence requirement , because I didnt work . I am a non eea family member and I caring for my children, On the form I could not see where it says the evidences we should present to HO.

We sent the Employment History where covers the period from 2004 to now and employment letter. They still want payslips . Can you please advice because it is impossible to provide payslips of 13 years ago and.

Which evidences a Non EEA Family who has PR, but was not working, can prove that she/he was present in the UK for the last five years? The EEA Family member has PR, and is not BC.

A non EEA Family member doesn't need a stamp or any paper work from Home Office to proof their right to work. Home Office and EEU Law declares that. So what documentation, can a Non EEA Family Member present to an employer?
