The way I understand "every case is different" is, that applies when someone has looked at your case. For example if a caseworker has opened your case then it may be delayed or processed quickly depending on how complicated the case is. Bro your communication will be a major problem. My friend was refused because he ONLY submitted Skype logs and she didn't wish him a happy birthday etc so they didn't believe communication was real...
