they didnt say - they basically said nothing can be granted in the first three weeks from ack. after that if it is granted it takes a ffurther two weeks to be printed and that if time ran out for a scheduled trip could collect in person.. bascially they said keep checking from this week onwards to s...
Hi OCI confirmed to me that in emergency cases they do allow you to collect in person if there is not enought time to wait for post.
