Tier 2 Migrant

Hi All,

I am Tier 2 Migrant. My Visa says T2 ICT (Migrant) but start date is 20-Apr-2010. Although, its start date is 20-Apr but its T2 Migrant.
So my question is
Will I be eligible for ILR through 5 Year Route?
