Sorry to hear that, I would suggest you to reapply addressing the refusal reasons, as appeals can take months. Try to apply before the fee change, which would be 6th April 2016.

Hi, TB certificate is definitelynot required for travelling to the UK on spouse visa, polio certificate is also not required at UK airports but if anyone asks at any Pakistani airport then there are polio counters there who issue there and then. Hi, I think Trinity college has been removed from approved english list, there is statement of changes dated 10 July 2014 on HO website. @khanzada I would suggest to ring HO and confirm if they still accept english certificate from Trinity college.
