dear all
my little brother applied for a tourist visa from Algeria to visit me for 2 weeks and got rejected, we appealed and won the appeal, decision of judge dated 2nd july 2010. since then no news, no call letter or anything else.
what should we do?

Just an update:
I recieved my passport yesterday (wednesday, 4 working days after the interview on friday), so all my worries were for nothing!

i think they do a credit check to get info about who lives in your address and your bank accounts etc..as these were not mentioned anywhere in the applications I had my passport interview today as well. Given that you have ILR, there is no problem with the benefit claims you mention.
