So the letter sent was from the home office saying our case has now been passed to the Sheffield post case decision unit.. Is this where the visas are issued and does anyone know the timeline or how much longer we will have to wait?

So since the upper tribunal allowed our appeal, we have heard nothing from the home office. Our solicitor has wrote to them but still nothing. It'll be two months soon since the appeal was upheld.. They have missed their deadline to appeal further does anyone have any experience with the time frame ...

We recently found out that the upper tribunal judge dismissed the home office's appeal. That was about a week ago.. Does anyone know how long (in terms of days) the home office have to appeal again?

After more than three months we received notice that our appeal was allowed.. We are very grateful but our lawyer said a home office appeal is likely... Has anyone experienced this and what will happen if they do? Also if they don't when will my husband receive his passport back and things like that?

Our appeal took place on the 9th Sept and we have yet to get a response, I'm hoping that is a good sign because we have no choice at the moment. I remember there were a few people on here with appeals in October so I just wanted to wish you all the best of luck.
