i got permission to appeal on 29th april 2015,i m still waiting for hearing date,if u get permission to appeal,there would be oral hearing,u wil get letter from court for hearing date and place

yeah u can make 7 years child application,the correct form is fl(fp).u can also wave application fee if u can prove u cant pay (jobless and homeless)

no its the normal process ,my friend applied for asylum ,after interview she got biomatric letter on wednesday and got refusal on monday,so she got reply within a week.

i got my appointment for work permit after 4 months and my neighbor got after 9 months.they took so long for appointment.but u can apply for work without arc card.u can show ur employer that letter which home office sent for for work permitting

no they will not give u right of appeal.u can get only right of appeal if u have valid leave when u submit ur application
