I'm pretty sure you are wrong about being illegal in the country - your visa is valid and you are not divorced yet. When you get your decree absolute through you will apply for retention of rights which means you are legal in the country at least whilst your documents are being considered. Sorry I c...

Hi Guys, I've sent the eea4 application form the 10th of February but haven't received the COA which is see here it's repeatedly mentioned. Is that something I am supposed to receive? Or does it apply only in particular cases? Thanks For some strange reson they do not seem to send COA to everybody....
