Call them. They might have sent it but you did not received. This happened to some one I know. He called them after waiting many months after 2nd stage and they said we have sent you the approval couple of months ago.

They dont claim 6 months for all the cases. In ceremony on Friday the Minister said "less than 6months in some cases".

You will get it soon Emmaunel. Just dont worry too much about it. It will happen.. And just ignor some over smart ppl..
