Re: Child born in the UK

first, you apply for dependent visa here in the uk before leaving to India, your child automatically eligible for it. Once your partner gets ILR, you should switch into spouse visa, ( its not compulsory to change there and then but ASAP) and add your child into it as a dependent. You must meet finan...

Re: Is my visa category correct.

home office usually advise point based dependents to change their status according to their sponsor's status. Therefore, you need to apply as a spouse and you can add your child as a dependent. You must meet financial requirement though.

Re: Planing to do another masters & Tier 4 visa is expiring

the best is to extend as a tier 4 as you still have few years left until 5 years limit applies. You can apply FLR o but grant is very unlikely. And even if you go for flr o, i don't think any Uni will take you as you will have no valid leave nor passport. And i dont think home office notification le...

Hi All, Well, after reading the posts I have realised that I am not alone on thinking how confusing, and sometimes incomplete, the information about Family Visa is provided. I am studying in London under a Tier 4 visa, and my mom has an Indefinite Leave to Remain as she is married to a Britis...

Re: Appeal Dismissed, what's next?

i think you should go for what your solicitor said. I have read many story , application or appeal with unborn child is less likely to be successful. So you should wait until your baby is born then have a fresh application . Best of luck.
