My solicitor asked me to include these 2 things when i applied for the wife and son.
Bank statements can be from 2 banks but make sure it covers 90 days.

it is not required but you better to provide your tenancy agreement to HO where your dependent going to reside.

Salary has to match or exceed for your SOC code 2135. Tier-2 visa is only allowed for NQF level 6 and above. Yes your salary will prove that you are working as experienced worker. Unrestricted COS allocation time required by UKVI

Hello Experts,
My company recently applied for Unrestricted COS allocation request via SMS for me. Im the only migrant in the company. Its been 4 weeks since we applied but nothing heard from UKVI yet. Do you guys have any idea how long it might take?

Congratulation for your visa extension. Im planning to go for my extension soon.

My question is since showing maintenance fund is not necessary on visa extension, why did you submit bank statement? It is just to make sure im not doing mistake.
