No problem at all, I did the same with my daughter at Sheffield. even when we went for bio metric she was with us and lady ask for her bio and told the we will apply MN 1. She confirm that this is fine.

You can use print out of online bill or which you have got through e-mail.

I used print out of my council tax bill and energy providers bills for my ILR along with my wife on same 5 years route. You don't need for payment proof.
No Problem at all.

You don't have any option, for extension you also need to show same earnings on top of maintenance funds.

How much you short from 35K
Are you salaried or self employed.
Your can registered as self employed if not already.

You can write bio matric date of extension time.

Yes she is right, it is with in 28 days before your 1st visa stamped date regardless of your current visa expiry date and 1st visa was issued either with in UK or one travelled with in 90 days.
In your case its 28 days before 25th March which 25th February.
This is very clear why you got confused ?

If you want to apply British Citizenship for you UK born child use MN 1, fees is £669/- no need to apply ILR for child. If you want to apply ILR it cost you £ 1493 and after that you have to go for MN 1 (£669) in this case you can put him on set O of you wife no need to fill separate form for him. W...

For UK born child go for MN 1.
