Thank you Vinny, I will follow that.
And also want to share experience that,
HO confirm at PEO that UK born baby with only one settled parent cannot be eligible for ILR (SET-F). Both parent must settled unless one deceased.

Child can be registered as British under section 1(3) of the nationality act, which is an entitlement due to being born in the UK. The child does not need ILR for this. If you have good progression in your study, 80% class attendance, Clean immigration history, University CAS and require maintenance funds- Very unlikely to get visa refusal.

Yes, You need signed declaration from both account holders showing that funds are for your study only, and also other financial situations (job, income, other accounts & assets) of your mother and brother may support more;

Had you or your sponsor informed to HO about change of sponsor when u switched your study from university to private college? if you have academic progress (diploma), there is no issue for visa extension however interviewer will ask explanation for change of sponsor and academic progress in 3 years ...

Letter is good however you need final certificate of level 7 from awarding body to apply MBA top up otherwise may eligible for 1 year full MBA based on Bachelors;

College should provide you result before they get revoked, if not you should contact your awarding body for more information.
if you planning for any further education you need your results, study progress and attendance letter to get new CAS from new HTS before your visa expiry;

Yes, You can, New application with new CAS;
It is entirely depends on your CAS issuer (New T4 Sponsor) regarding fees matter;
Look some more colleges/university you may find offer for MBA based on Bachelors degree;
