That's the worst case scenario Iam worried about. What if it takes more time thst even 3 or 4 Months. I have to comeback to work and so does my wife.. Meaning we would have to leave the 18 month old with grandparents.. Bit harsh.. I called home office and they said they can't discuss if application...

Which should be fine zimba. If I bring it along with me here, I can surrender once I get his BP. And find a way to send the BP to India for him to return.. It's just thst there are too many variables in here which is confusing..

Applied in Croydon on 24th April and is about 2 months now. Worried as to why some people have got it a lot earlier as this should be fairly straightforward. We got travel plans in another 30 days and my baby doesn't have a visa to return.. Confused.. :( :( :(

It's wierd, I applied for my UK born son a day back with appointment booked for document submission next week.. I got a email today saying the application is received and is being considered?? I had to upload all the docs last few hours just to be safe..
