Re: EEA National & Document Requirements

Thank you. In the current guidance 181. Says to look at the full list for guidance for employing legally, peharps that can help me too? Yes, that is the argument you would use - you followed that immigration rules/guidance in place at the time of hire. Delighted to say that my visa has been granted...

While HO has the right to even turn up unannounced, they would not be able to use your absence as a reason for rejection. Re: Mental Health Crisis

The stress going through the T1 Entrepreneurial renewal process has genuinely pushed me into a mental health crisis-I am under the care of a crisis team and community mental health. I know my second admin review refusal is waiting in the post office. The refusal is based on the HO refusing to use d...

Bank statement

Hi guys,

Quick question, do I need to stamp the bank statements?

I opted for online statements and don't receive statements by post. I have printed out the statements online in colour. Do I need to go to the bank to get them stamped?

Thanks.

Re: 12 Months Job Time Period for Two Full Time Posts

Hi. I have started my PAYE period from 01 September, 2016 and am going to apply for my visa on the 21st of August, 2017. I have created 2 full time posts for which I am claiming points by joining different jobs of different lengths. The problem is my 12 months are going to be completed on the 31st ...

Re: Submit application on the date visa expires

Thanks. Not the best but it appears to be the safe option to meet 12months job creation requirement as one employee would be 52weeks a day before visa expiry, so looking to apply next day after 52weeks. You can always run the payroll couple of weeks before. You don't have to wait until the 52 weeks...

Wow, I can't understand why they are making these changes without transition period. On their website 1)it says you don't need PR to prove residence status and that 2)'if you already have a permanent residence document it won't be valid after the UK leaves the EU'. So now, getting a residence card/...

Have one employee who would be 52weeks on the 31st of August and my visa expires on the 1st of September. If I post my application on the 30th of August this would mean the employee worked 51weeks and 6days, does this count as 12months Or do I post the application on the 31st of August with next day...

Re: Investment must be made 12 months before extension?

Kindly check policy guide, your investment must be trackable and identical, which means that you have to show your personal bank statement and business bank statement. That is mostly correct for investment by Director loan. The guideline is If you have made the investment in the form of a director’...

Re: Investment must be made 12 months before extension?

Thanks all for the helpful replies. Am pushing it now, but I rather ask than not. Do I need to send copies of personal bank statement to prove the transfer to business bank account as well? My name already appears on the business bank statement against the transfer with the reference 'director loan'...
