Yes, my case was self-employed although they kept my file for further enquiries, received approval letter.

I would personally suggest you not to do that to leave any chances of refusal because ukba and hmrc are working intensely together while making decisions.
Also, take a professional advice before taking any step in context of tax returns nd ILR.

When ukba calls to collect documents for the delayed applications, do they always tell the outcome on the phone or they just ask you to come and collect the documents????
