If appeal right exhausted fresh application vary to ILR

If appeal right has been exhausted and within 14/28 days applied FLR (FP) application and then varied to FLR (LR) and completed 10 years and applied Set (LR), what rules says about this application?

Especially after changes made to long residency rules on 24 November 2016.

Just quick update for the board members that our appeal against the Secretary of State’s decision has been listed for a hearing on 23rd September 2015 at Field House Upper Tribunal.

Please remember in urz prays. I will update u guys as soon I get any further informations from my solicitor.

Thanks 4 ur message I don't know how long they will take more but in london areas waiting time is 6-7 months these days.

I am waiting for ut hearing date. I m not hurry because our legally ten yrs will be complete next yrs in September.

Morning Courts are very busy these days. I saw one member on the board got hearing date after 9 months.
