Re: Naturalisation Application - Applied too early, what can I do?

Thank you so much all for the responses, this is super helpful.

In this case then I'll just proceed to book my UKVCAS appointment and take it from there.

I think I'll include a cover letter as well to say I'm willing to re-declare the date if required.

Naturalisation Application - Applied too early, what can I do?

Hi community, I have a bit of a strange situation here I'm hoping you would help me with. My Settled Status ILR was issued on the 26th of May 2021 (although I was qualified for it since March that year but the application took 8 weeks). However I submitted my application for Naturalisation on the 24...

Re: General discussion on naturalization applications

Hi Community, i have a strange situation here I'm hoping someone would help me. The problem is that the payment confirmation and re...

Mine took 5 months. Nothing much you can do but wait, I'm afraid. Did you receive your CoA?
I got the Settled Status email today! So happy and excited. 8)

Hi All, I've submitted an application for EEA Settlement Scheme on the 4th of February 2021, My wife is Spanish and I am a non EEA citizen, I still have not received any request to enrol my biometrics. Is this normal? If you have used the app to apply with an existing biometric card, then you will ...

Hi Casa, Many thanks for your elaborate answer, very helpful. She is worried that they might find out in some way as someone had told her that Spanish for...

Am I permitted to work full time in the UK if I was on an EEA Family Permit? You would want to apply for an EEA Residence Card, not Family Permit. A Family Permit is valid for six months and confers no right to work. The Residence Card is valid for five years and does include the right to work. Rem...

Hi Manci,
Just to confirm, so this means one can switch to T2 without completing the current T4 as long as the stay has not been discontinued between the first T4 and second T4.
Many thanks

Switching to T2G from a second T4 visa

Hi forum, i have already gotten my Msc degree from a previous T4 visa which expires on the 24th of October, my company has already offered me an NQF3 job which is obviously not enough for T2, so i will have to wait for them to offer me a NQF6 job, which will be too late for me because i am running o...

Re: Tier 4 to Tier 2 Conversion using Legal Practice Course

The LPC is a QCF Level 7 course, if this helps anyone figure this out.
yes that makes it possible for you to switch to T2 because your degree is equivalent to a Masters degree.

yes, she is eligible to switch to T2G as long as she had continuous leave since obtaining her bachelor's or master's degree in 2011
