Re: Address changed after ILR - How to inform UKBA or UKVI ?

I found out that after ILR, if your address changes, you do not need to notify UKBA about it.
In the ILR approval letters, there Is no mention of any notification in case address changes. So this issue is resolved and no action required on my part

I got my ILR in November 2014 and my BRP also has been delivered. In December 2014, I have changed my address and I am pretty sure that UKVI or B...

Re: ILR success at Liverpool PEO on 7th November 2014

Hi Aparekh, Try getting letters from your employers if you can, if not self certify a letter stating that you have tried to obtain the letters from employers but they have not been able to for whatever reason. In the same letter, put the chart of how they calculate the continuous period and state th...

Re: ILR for Tier1 Dependant - Break in UK Stay and visa

Because the tier-1 dependant expired whilst being out of uk and not obtained within 28 days of it expiring, the continuity period has been broken. In May 2018, the dependant will become eligible for ILR but the problem is that ILR is closing for Tier-1 on 6th April 2018. I am not sure whether the de...

Re: ILR success at Liverpool PEO on 7th November 2014

Hello Hsr1972 You are right about P60, no requirement to show all 5 years. I kept it because my ex-employer was unable to confirm my absences and the P60 was to show economic activity for all 5 years. The employer letters are mandatory as per immigration rules as well as asked in the set o applicati...

Hello, Please be specific with the dates, When did you enter UK?, when did you switch to Tier-1 G ?. Your post gives september 2013 in one place and september 2014 in another. Anyways, If you are applying for ILR on Tier-1 G, then you need to show that your income for any consecutive 12 months in th...

My latest water bill is dated 15th October and I am going for ILR on 6th November. Is this bill ok, or should I order a fresh bill with a date even closer to 6th November. Please suggest.

Re: marriage certificate required?

You need it to prove that your marriage is subsisting (remains in force because of the marriage certificate and he/she is your spouse) and you are indeed living together by showing cohabitation documents.

Re: ILR TIER - 2 ICT ( 2 GAPS MORE THAN 180 DAYS )

Hi ramuk555,

Adding 5 years to 07/08/2010 and subracting a month, I think you will become eligible for ILR only around 10/07/2015.

Your 1st and 2nd entries cannot be counted for ILR.
