I would suggest you to go back with your spouse to Pakistan and register your marriage there. Come back and apply for his visa in Ireland under the law. It would be a bit time consuming but this is the right way to do it. Otherwise, as you already mentioned that the case has been rejected many times...

any approvals yet? I have recently emailed the citizenship department. I have been getting "you application is at an advanced stage..." status for the last 3 months. I am not sure what is happening. Anybody in the same boat? I applied in June 2016.

I got the same reply. That November Ceremony is fully subscribed and my application is in advanced stage. I applied in June 2016.

So lets see what happens after 25 November.

I couldn't understand you well. Why you said you are out of 25 Nov ceremony. Did you get a letter stating that you are still in the initial phase? If so that is some update and that is kind of weird strategy.
