Hi seancool when did it change to printing and are you a Naturalised citizen or got through Irish ancestors background.
I heard Naturalised are taking longer

It changed from 'being reviewed' straight to 'dispatched today'

I got through naturalized

My Passport Book is being printed today!!!!

Ya, it took 1 mth 29 days !!

So I would say 40 days is quite guaranteed !!

BTW, they used the photo that I think it is not qualified...guess don't bother to ask...

I wonder why they issue certificate so slow? I suppose is all confirmed cases and the numbers of applications should be way less than number of unconfirmed cases. I have a simple question, on the letter it says:

If you are a holder of an Irish Residence Permit, you will need to provide your current in-date IRP/GNIB card.

Does this mean I have to post a copy or physical card?
